Website enquiries
The enquiry builder prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your name, company or message to an MCS website database or send an email automatically. These fields are not saved to browser storage by this website. They remain in the page until you leave or reload it.
If you choose “Open email app”, your draft is passed to your chosen email application. If you choose “Copy draft”, it is placed on your device clipboard. You control whether to send it. Your email provider’s own privacy and storage arrangements apply.
Providing information is voluntary. Please send only the business contact details and project outline needed for us to understand your enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential project documents in an initial enquiry.
Information you send to MCS
If you email or telephone us, we use the contact details, business information and project outline you provide to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal. The relevant basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract where that applies. Information needed for an appointment is also used to perform that contract and meet applicable legal obligations.
Enquiry information may be handled by the MCS professionals involved in responding and the email, IT and communications providers used for that purpose. Contact us if you need details about the providers and processing arrangements applying to your enquiry.
How long information is needed
Retention depends on whether an enquiry remains active, becomes an appointment, or needs to be retained for contractual records, legal obligations or the establishment or defence of a claim. Contact us for the retention arrangements applying to a particular enquiry or appointment. This website does not set an automated deletion period for email held outside it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use and receive a portable copy. Contact Kenneth using the details above to make a request.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will consider your request in line with the applicable data-protection requirements.
You can raise concerns with us or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. General guidance is available from the ICO on your information rights.
Cookies and hosting
No advertising trackers, analytics scripts or optional cookies have been added to this website. The enquiry builder does not use cookies or local storage. The hosting platform may process technical request information and use essential security or sign-in technologies to operate the site. While access is private, the platform’s sign-in arrangements apply separately.
The website does not make automated decisions about enquiries or use the enquiry builder for profiling. If the website’s functionality changes, this information should be updated to reflect those changes.
